♡ Material: My Earring Hooks are sterling silver, they are both hypoallergenic and nickel/lead free. They are strong but also flexible and made to bend easily to fit to your own personal preference.. Since my items are handmade/handpainted, Please allow some room for slight imperfections- I do my best to make and photograph everything as flawless as possible but I’m just one gal with a chronic illness running this shop with a high quantity of orders and I can make mistakes sadly, if you have concerns with your order please let me know in a message and I’d be more than happy to work towards a proper solution! I use my laser, resin, clay, wood, acrylic, PLA, sublimation, and all kinds of different materials to create and the specific material will be stated in the description
♡ About me: Hello there, my name is Kasey! I love nature and literature. I am a writer that is also always happy to seek a new adventure.. I adore animals, I’m a vegetarian and my dream is to have my own sanctuary someday to rescue as many as I can. I love music (collecting vinyls and going to live shows), horror films, interior design, architecture, nature (plants), exploring new places, and of course creating! I have a 13yr old Pekingese named Sophie that is MY WHOLE life besides my business ofc!
I developed a chronic illness a few years ago that impacted my ability to work full time, I began to spend that time on what felt like endless tests, procedures, and hospital visits.. I sadly often became too unwell to work so when the pandemic hit, I was then let go from my corporate job and lost my disability privileges. My life was flipped upside down as I had always supported myself prior working multiple jobs when I had to, that had never been an issue for me. I am still beyond grateful for the opportunities that I do have, I just wanted to give some background into my motivational process. I started this shop to keep my head above water while pursuing my passion of creating and boosting others confidence w my handmade accessories/items in November 2019.. I started to make earrings out of resin, clay, charms I find around in stores or on Etsy, filament with my 3d printer, and recently started cutting my own acrylic with my laser. it’s been a huge blessing to be able to create from the comfort/safety of my home office and also connect to an amazing community of people. :) Any and all support means the world, thank you so much for your time I’m always wishing you all the best. <3
♡ USPS delays: I’m so sorry! I personally drop off packages every few days for quick shipping (international orders can take up to a few weeks sometimes longer depending on customs) I really appreciate your patience.. Tracking numbers are always provided. Please make sure that your address is correct prior to placing an order.. if there is an error, please contact me ASAP so I can correct it. Packages do sometimes get marked as delivered prior to actual delivery, if for some reason it is marked delivered but is not received after a couple of days, you can file a claim with USPS on their website or over the phone and they can locate it, if your package arrives damaged (I bubble wrap my orders, use bubble mailers, and fragile stickers) please also contact USPS to file a claim, thank you!
